Point Loma Nazarene University Receives Orchid Award

Point Loma Nazarene University was honored today with an Orchid Award for Sustainable Design. Each year, the San Diego Architectural Foundation hands out Orchids and Onions for the best and worst designs respectively. This year’s Orchid is PLNU’s first.

Natural Disasters: Ready When the Time Comes

On Thursday, Nov. 13 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 15 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Point Loma Nazarene University will host “Ready When the Time Comes” (RWTC), a free program designed by the American Red Cross. Participants will be trained to respond as community volunteers in times of crisis.
